I am Yuni from Hong Kong, I grew up/live in the US. I am fluent in Cantonese and English. I read traditional Chinese. I never learned Mandarin. Since Ziyu came into my life, I wanted to practice Mandarin and simplified Chinese to improve my fluency.

I've been captivated by Ziyu. I want to support him and share his journey with the world. To be honest, I started out translating his 12 music festivals so I could rewatch the translation at my own leisure.

I saw the need for more quality translations. There are too many inaccurate auto-translations. My goal is to make sure the subtitles accurately capture meaning of what he is saying.

I translate new materials for Youtube, which keeps me pretty busy as new content rolls out. I might not be the fastest, but I'm doing my best to share quality translations. As a non-native Mandarin speaker, I might miss some natural meaning. Please forgive any imperfection.
